Taxonomy
Cruralina was named by Smirnova (1966) [Sepkoski's age data: K Berr-l K Apti Sepkoski's reference number: 538]. It is not extant.

It was assigned to Brachiopoda by Vörös (1995); to Terebratulida by Sepkoski (2002); and to Cricosiinae by Cooper (1973), Williams et al. (2006).
