Praesphaeroidothyris cisnerosi
Taxonomy
Praesphaeroidothyris cisnerosi was named by Baeza-Carratalá (2011). Its type specimen is DCTMA-UA SPel-EFC-Bol-H-1, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Sierra Pelada, which is in a Jamesoni/Ibex open shallow subtidal limestone in the Gavilán Formation of Spain. It is the type species of Praesphaeroidothyris.
