Antiacodon pygmaeus

Taxonomy
Lophiotherium pygmaeum was named by Cope (1872). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cottonwood Creek (Lower Bridger), which is in a Bridgerian terrestrial horizon in the Bridger Formation of Wyoming.

It was recombined as Hyopsodus pygmaeus by Cope (1872); it was recombined as Antiacodon pygmaeus by Cope (1873), Gazin (1958), Gazin (1976), West (1984), Walsh (2000), Theodor et al. (2007); it was recombined as Propalaeotherium pygmaeum by Dépéret (1901); it was recombined as Sarcolemur pygmaeus by Osborn (1902), Hay (1902).
