Taxonomy
Orthis reversa mullockiensis was named by Davidson (1869) [Orthis reversa Salter var. Mullockiensis. Cocks (2008: 88) excludes f. 18.].

It was recombined as Mendacella mullockiensis by Temple (1987), Cocks (2008).
