Frencrinuroides gibber

Taxonomy
Encrinurus gibber was named by Dean (1979). Its type specimen is GSC 38650, a pygidium, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is GSC 84824. Western end of Salmon Cove, Long Point Peninsula, which is in a Sandbian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Lourdes Limestone Formation of Canada.

It was recombined as Frencrinuroides gibber by Lespérance and Desbiens (1995); it was recombined as Encrinuroides gibber by Edgecombe and Chatterton (1990), Moss and Westrop (2014).
