Iberithyris rionensis
Taxonomy
Iberithyris rionensis was named by Kvakhadze (1972). Its type specimen is HMG No. 327/9 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Tsesi village, which is in a Hauterivian marine horizon in Georgia. It is the type species of Iberithyris.
