Kawina torulus
Taxonomy
Cydonocephalus torulus was named by Whittington (1963). Its type specimen is GSC 16277, a cephalon/head (with hypostome), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Alpha Boulder, Table Head, which is in a Whiterockian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in Canada.
It was recombined as Kawina torulus by Adrain and Fortey (1997), Congreve and Lieberman (2011).
