Zygopleura tenuis

Taxonomy
Turritella tenuis was named by Münster (1841). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is St. Cassian (Munster coll), which is in a Julian carbonate limestone in the Cassian Formation of Italy.

It was recombined as Loxonema tenuis by Kittl (1894); it was recombined as Loxonema tenue by Böhm (1895) and Kittl (1899); it was recombined as Ampezzopleura tenuis by Bandel (1991); it was recombined as Zygopleura tenuis by Pan (1977) and Dominici (2024).
