Radial ornament unequally and very finely parvicostellate. Ventral interior with small, transverse teeth lacking dental plates. Ventral muscle field open anteriorly, flanked laterally by fine, straight, divergent muscle bounding ridges. Dorsal interior with a simple, undercut cardinal process and small, widely divergent socket plates. Slender dorsal median septum extending anteriorly to mid-valve. Mantle canal system in both valves unknown. |
