Pseudolops princeps

Taxonomy
Pseudolops princeps was named by Ameghino (1902). Its type specimen is MACN 10332a, a tooth (Isolated left P3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Barranca south of Lago Colhue-Huapi, Gran Barranca, which is in a Bartonian terrestrial claystone in the Sarmiento Formation of Argentina.

It was recombined as Polydolops princeps by Simpson (1948).
