Baudicrinus krystyni
Taxonomy
Baudicrinus krystyni was named by Oji and Twitchett (2015). Its type specimen is NUM-Fa179, a set of stem ossicles, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Wadi Wasit Block, Al Jil Formation, Bioclastic Limestone, N Oman, which is in a Griesbachian open shallow subtidal grainstone/packstone in the Al Jil Formation of Oman. It is the type species of Baudicrinus.
