Diagnosis
| Reference | Diagnosis | |
|---|---|---|
| G. Geyer et al. 2014 | Isostrophic, open-coiled through about three-quarters of a whorl. Whorl cross-section sub-circular in earlier growth stages, uniformly convex, later expanding along the plane of symmetry (“antero-posteriorly”) with little lateral increase. Early stages with prominent, acute, transverse costae separated by concave interareas, becoming restricted to the mid-dorsal area with increased growth. Later growth stages with a reticulation of widely spaced cords and growth lines, appearing first on the umbilico-lateral areas before later spreading across the entire dorsum. |
