Jandufouria minor was named by Jaramillo and Dilcher (2001) [Type locality: PiƱalerita Creek near Sabanalarga. PaleoDB number 29075.
]. It is not extant. It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is UFP 45, 4.3 x 84, a microspore (Pollen grain).
