Ergilictis reshetovi
Taxonomy
Ergilictis reshetovi was named by Lopatin (1997). Its type specimen is PIN, no. 3109/247, a mandible (Fragment of the right ramus of the lower jaw with P2–M2), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Ergilin-Dzo (Sevkhul Member), which is in an Eocene terrestrial horizon in the Ergilin Dzo Formation of Mongolia. It is the type species of Ergilictis.
