Eochenus sinensis
Taxonomy
Eochenus sinensis was named by Wang and Li (1990). Its type specimen is IVPP V8786, a mandible, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Daboji Oil Shale Mine, Gongjitun Village, which is in a Lutetian mire/swamp shale/coal in the Huadian Formation of China. It is the type species of Eochenus.
