Ageitonomys neimongolensis

Taxonomy
Ageitonomys neimongolensis was named by Wang (2010). Its type specimen is IVPP V15913, a set of teeth (Left M1-M2), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Kekeamu cliffs, Ulantatal Valley, which is in an Oligocene terrestrial siltstone/sandstone in the Ulantatal Formation of China. It is the type species of Ageitonomys.
