Keyseria benjamini
Taxonomy
Dicynodon benjamini was named by Broom (1948). Its type specimen is RC 63, a skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Brookfield (Dicynodon Assemblage Zone), which is in a Wuchiapingian/Changhsingian terrestrial horizon in South Africa. It is the type species of Keyseria.
It was recombined as Keyseria benjamini by Kammerer et al. (2011).
