Sarkastodon henanensis
Taxonomy
Sarkastodon henanensis was named by Tong and Lei (1986). Its type specimen is IVPP V7998, a tooth, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Shipigou, which is in an Eocene/Oligocene terrestrial horizon in the Hetaoyuan Formation of China.
