Antarctodolops mesetaense
Taxonomy
Antarctodolops mesetaense was named by Chornogubsky et al. (2009). Its type specimen is MLP 96-I-5-12, a mandible (right dentary with p3-m3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is IAA 1/90, Ungulate site, which is in a Bartonian estuary/bay horizon in the La Meseta Formation of Antarctica.
