Microbiotherium gallegosense
Taxonomy
Microbiotherium gallegosense was named by Sinclair (1906). Its type specimen is AMNH 9591, a mandible (relatively complete right mandibular ramus with alveoli of c-p2 and m3-4, and p3-m2 complete), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Killik Aike Norte, which is in a Santacrucian terrestrial tuff in the Santa Cruz Formation of Argentina.
