Myaingtherium kenyapotamoides
Taxonomy
Myaingtherium kenyapotamoides was named by Tsubamoto et al. (2011). Its type specimen is NMMP-KU 2245, a partial skull (Associated mandibular and maxillary fragments), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Mta, near Minthagya Village, which is in a Bartonian terrestrial horizon in the Pondaung Formation of Myanmar. It is the type species of Myaingtherium.
