Zarhinocetus donnamatsonae
Taxonomy
Zarhinocetus donnamatsonae was named by Kimura and Barnes (2016). Its type specimen is UCMP 86139, a partial skull (includes ear bones), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is UCMP V69171, which is in a Burdigalian/Langhian marine sandstone in the Astoria Formation of Washington.
