Cookeroo hortusensis
Taxonomy
Cookeroo hortusensis was named by Butler et al. (2016). Its type specimen is QM F57792, a partial skull (partial adult skull with left and right P3s and M1–4s and broken right M1 and 2), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Neville's Garden Site, which is in a Burdigalian terrestrial horizon in Australia.
