Syngastrioceras europaeum

Taxonomy
Eoasianites (Eoasianites) europaeus was named by Kullmann (1962). Its type specimen is BEO600-551.73:592-455, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Milivojevića Kamenjar, lower horizon b, which is in an Arnsbergian carbonate limestone in the Družetić Formation of Serbia.

It was recombined as Glaphyrites europaeus by Ruzhentsev and Bogoslovskaya (1971); it was recombined as Syngastrioceras europaeum by Korn and Sudar (2016).
