It was replaced with Cribrarula by Strand (1929); it was reranked as Stolida (Cribraria) by Dey (1961); it was reranked as Cypraea (Cribraria) by Ladd (1977); it was reranked as Erronea (Cribraria) by van den Hoek Ostende et al. (2002).
It was assigned to Cypraeidae by Iredale (1939); to Cypraeovulinae by MacNeil (1960); to Stolida by Dey (1961); to Cypraea by Ladd (1977); to Neotaenioglossa by Sepkoski (2002); and to Erronea by van den Hoek Ostende et al. (2002).
