Kahawamys mbeyaensis
Taxonomy
Kahawamys mbeyaensis was named by Stevens et al. (2009). Its type specimen is RRBP 07161, a mandible, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is TZ-01S, which is in an Oligocene fluvial siliciclastic in the Nsungwe Formation of Tanzania. It is the type species of Kahawamys.
