Taxonomy
Tuditanus radiatus was named by Cope (1874). It is not extant. Its type specimen is AMNH 6922, a skull. Its type locality is Linton, which is in a Westphalian D mire/swamp coal in Ohio.
It was recombined as Erpetosaurus radiatus by Moodie (1909), Schoch and Milner (2014).
