T. J. Devries 2016Shell trapezoidal. Posterior variably produced, bluntly truncate. Weakly to moderately inflated ventral to beak, flattening towards posterior ridge. Umbo orthogy- rate to slightly opisthogyrate. Escutcheon often wider than lunule. Resilifer extending nearly or entirely to ventral mar- gin of hinge plate. Left anterior cardinal tooth not separated from beak by lunule. Inner ventral margin not crenulate
