Oromys zenkerellinopsis

Taxonomy
Oromys zenkerellinopsis was named by Marivaux et al. (2017). Its type specimen is DAK-Arg-009, a tooth, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Dakhla, El Argoub, U4 level C2, which is in an Oligocene estuary/bay conglomerate in the Samlat Formation of Morocco. It is the type species of Oromys.
