Kawingasaurus fossilis
Taxonomy
Kawingasaurus fossilis was named by Cox (1972). Its type specimen is UT K52, a skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Kingori locality, Ruhuhu Basin, which is in a Wuchiapingian terrestrial horizon in the Usili Formation of Tanzania. It is the type species of Kawingasaurus.
