Alienopterus brachyelytrus
Taxonomy
Alienopterus brachyelytrus was named by Bai et al. (2016). Its type specimen is EMTG BU-001057, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Burmese amber, Kachin amber (EMTG collection), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar. It is the type species of Alienopterus.
