Eubrontes zigongensis

Taxonomy
Weiyuanpus zigongensis was named by Gao (2007). It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is ZDM 0032, a footprint, and it is a trace fossil. Its type locality is Rongseng tracksite, which is in a Jurassic terrestrial horizon in the Zhenzhuchong Formation of China.

It was recombined as Eubrontes zigongensis by Lockley et al. (2013), Xing et al. (2013), Xing et al. (2017), Xing et al. (2018), Xing et al. (2020), Xing et al. (2021), Li et al. (2021), Xing et al. (2021), Xing et al. (2021).
