Protogalericius averianovi
Taxonomy
Protogalericius averianovi was named by Lopatin (2006). Its type specimen is ZIN 89009, a maxilla, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Andarak 2, which is in a Ypresian terrestrial horizon in the Alai Beds Formation of Kyrgyzstan. It is the type species of Protogalericius.
