Nuryctes alayensis
Taxonomy
Nuryctes alayensis was named by Lopatin and Averianov (2004). Its type specimen is ZIN 86145, a mandible, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Andarak 2, which is in a Ypresian terrestrial horizon in the Alai Beds Formation of Kyrgyzstan.
