Nuryctes gobiensis
Taxonomy
Nuryctes gobiensis was named by Lopatin and Averianov (2004). Its type specimen is PIN 3107/414, a mandible, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Khaichin Ula II [SMPE], which is in an Eocene terrestrial horizon in the Khaychin Formation of Mongolia.
