Xylotitan cenosus
Taxonomy
Xylotitan cenosus was named by Mihlbachler and Samuels (2016). Its type specimen is UCMP 121825, a maxilla (left partial maxilla with P1, P2, P3, P4), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Clarno Nut Beds, which is in an Eocene terrestrial conglomerate/sandstone in the Clarno Formation of Oregon. It is the type species of Xylotitan.
