Koreanornis sinensis
Taxonomy
Aquatilavipes sinensis was named by Zhen et al. (1994). It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is CFEC-E-1, a footprint, and it is a trace fossil. Its type locality is Emei tracksite, Xingfu cliff, Chuanzhu, which is in a Barremian/Albian eolian mudstone/sandstone in the Jiaguan Formation of China.
It was recombined as Koreanornis sinensis by Lockley et al. (2013); it was considered a nomen dubium by Lockley and Matsukawa (1998); it was considered a nomen dubium by Xing et al. (2011); it was recombined as Koreanaornis sinensis by Xing et al. (2011), McCrea et al. (2014), Xing et al. (2015), Xing et al. (2018).
