Taxonomy
Kerberos langebadreae was named by Solé et al. (2015). Its type specimen is MNHN.F.EBA 517, a partial skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Montespieu, which is in a Bartonian terrestrial horizon in France. It is the type species of Kerberos.
