Paraphiomys orangeus

Taxonomy
Paraphiomys orangeus was named by Mein and Pickford (2003). Its type specimen is AD 408'97, a mandible, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Arrisdrift, which is in a Miocene channel sandstone in Namibia.
