Retispira boltoni
Taxonomy
Bucaniopsis boltoni was named by Weir (1931) [= Euphemus urei sensu Bolton 1907 p. 463]. It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Ashton Vale Colliery, Bristol, which is in a Westphalian A delta plain shale in the South Wales Lower Coal Measures Formation of the United Kingdom.
It was recombined as Retispira boltoni by Wagner (2023).
