Binkhorstia ubaghsii
Taxonomy
Dromilites ubaghsi was named by Van Binkhorst (1857). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Valkenburg aan de Geul, which is in a Maastrichtian carbonate limestone in the Maastricht Formation of the Netherlands. It is the type species of Binkhorstia.
It was recombined as Binkhorstia ubaghsii by Collins et al. (1995), Schweitzer et al. (2010) and Schweitzer and Feldmann (2011).
