Titanocarcinus briarti

Taxonomy
Dromiopsis briarti was named by Forir (1887). It is not extant. Its type locality is Fauquemont, which is in a Maastrichtian carbonate limestone in the Maastricht Formation of the Netherlands.

It was recombined as Leptoides briarti by Collins et al. (1995); it was recombined as Titanocarcinus briarti by Schweitzer et al. (2007), Schweitzer et al. (2010), Schweitzer et al. (2018).
