Taxonomy
Daenerytanais maieuticus was named by Sánchez-García et al. (2017). Its type specimen is IGR.BUZ-1.13 and is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is La Buzinie roadworks amber, Champniers, which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in France. It is the type species of Daenerytanais.
