Palaeosinopa lacus
Taxonomy
Palaeosinopa lacus was named by Gunnell et al. (2016). Its type specimen is FOBU 6205, a mandible (left dentary with p2-m1), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is UM FB-5, which is in a Wasatchian fluvial mudstone in the Wasatch Formation of Wyoming.
