Glarichelys knorri
Taxonomy
Chelonia knorri was named by Gray (1831). Its type specimen is PIMUZ A/III 0596, a partial skeleton, a partial skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Engi, which is in a Rupelian marine horizon in the Glarner Schiefer Formation of Switzerland.
It was recombined as Glarichelys knorri by Karl (2007).
