Hemiarges mikulici was named by Perry and Chatterton (1977). It is not extant. Its type specimen is GSC 44761.
It was recombined as Richterarges mikulici by Thomas and Holloway (1988); it was recombined as Borealarges mikulicorum by Adrain (1994).
