Illaenus usitatus
Taxonomy
Illaenus usitatus was named by Zhou et al. (2014). Its type specimen is NIGP 155135, an exoskeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is NJ689, Yijianfang section, Bachu area, which is in a Katian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Lianglitag Formation of China.
