Taxonomy
Lichas (Arges) wesenbergensis paulianus was named by Clarke (1894). Its type specimen is USNM 42436a [lectotype selected by Rudkin et al 1994], a pygidium, and it is a 3D body fossil.
It was recombined as Hemiarges paulianus by Foerste (1920), Rudkin et al. (1994).
