Eonaso deani

Taxonomy
Zebrasoma deani was named by Hussakof (1907). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Oliver Nugent quarry, which is in an Oligocene marine limestone in Antigua and Barbuda.

It was considered an invalid subgroup of Acanthuridae by Randall (1955); it was recombined as Eonaso deani by Blot (1984), Tyler and Sorbini (1998).
