Breagyps clarki

Reptilia - Cathartiformes - Cathartidae

Taxonomy
Sarcorhamphus clarki was named by Miller (1910). Its type specimen is UCMP 12588, a set of limb elements (tarsometatarsus), and it is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Vultur clarki by Hay (1930), Lambrecht (1933); it was recombined as Breagyps clarki by Wetmore (1940), Miller and DeMay (1942), Wetmore (1956), Howard (1969).
